Pure CSS Image Hover Slide in Tooltip

This pen is is useful on a form with a user changeable image e.g. a member avatar . When you mouseover it the images gets darker and zooms slightly before a text banner flys out with the message 'click to update image' All CSS/HTML5 - no jquery!
